GIB® Sign-up Promotion Terms & Conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below.
The promotion starts on the 1^st November 2011 and closes 29^th February 2012.
To be eligible to win one free Marshall Town 275 x 113mm Gold Stainless Steel finishing trowel (RRP$98.90) you must be an interior plasterer, ie receive payment for plastering work.
Only one entry per interior plaster is to be submitted. The contact details entered may be used to send the prize.
The competition can be entered on the www.gib.co.nz/signup web site or by mailing the sign-up contact details to, attention Edwin Zijderveld, Winstone Wallboards Ltd, PO Box 12 256, Penrose 1642, Auckland.
Entry is open to New Zealand Residents only and entries must be received by the 29^th of February 2012 in order to be in the draw to win one of five trowels to be given away for free.
The prize can not be exchanged for cash or another prize and will be sent out within 14 working days of drawing the winners. The drawer will be done on 5 March 2012 at 37 Felix Street Penrose Auckland.

Winstone Wallboards Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

This giveaway is not open to employees or immediate family members of Winstone Wallboards Ltd and the distributors or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the promotion or their direct family members.
Winstone Wallboards Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information from the entries is being collected by the Promoter to enable them to contact the potential winner and/or may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal details from that database for future promotional and marketing purposes. Winners agree to allow their image and name to be used by the Promoter for publicity purposes. The entrant’s details will be held by the Promoter and will not be passed onto any other party.
