GIB^® SUBWAY Compounds Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions and also on the entry form sticker.

• The promotion starts on the 1^st March 2011 and closes on the 31^st May 2011.

• To be eligible for your free SUB OF THE DAY you must purchase a 20kg bag of GIB Tradeset^® and either GIB Trade Finish^® or GIB Trade Finish^® Lite in a pail or carton in one purchase between 1^st March 2011 and by 31^st May 2011.

• There is no limit,  for every GIB Tradeset^® (20kg) bag and GIB Trade Finish® or GIB Trade Finish® Lite compound you buy (be it pail or carton) at the same order qualifies you for one free 6 inch SUB OF THE DAY via redemption.  The more you buy on one invoice the more free SUB OF THE DAY you receive.

• To receive the free SUB OF THE DAY(s), the entry form needs to be completed and sent to Winstone Wallboards Ltd with proof of purchase.  A SUBWAY card will be sent back loaded with credit for free SUB OF THE DAY(s) and is redeemable at any SUBWAY outlet.

• Copies of the entry form & proof of purchase will be accepted.

• If proof of purchase is not attached with entry form the giveaway will not be processed.

• Entry is open to New Zealand Residents only and entries must be received by 7^th June 2011 in order to claim a SUBWAY.

• The SUBWAY gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize and will be sent out within 14 working days of receipt of proof of purchase and completed entry form.

• Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize.

• The person on the entry form and proof of purchase must match.

• Winstone Wallboards Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any late or lost entries.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

• No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

• This giveaway is not open to employees or immediate family members of Winstone Wallboards Ltd and the distributors or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the promotion or their direct family members.

• Winstone Wallboards Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

• The promoter is Winstone Wallboards Ltd, 37 Felix Street, Penrose 1061, Auckland.

• All entries become the property of the Promoter.  The information from the entries is being collected by the Promoter to enable them to contact the potential winner and/or may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrant’s personal details from that database for future promotional and marketing purposes.  Winners agree to allow their image and name to be used by the Promoter for publicity purposes.  The entrant’s details will be held by the Promoter and will not be passed onto any other party.  The entrant can ask to be removed from the database by calling 0800 100 442 or email update@gib.co.nz.
