Winstone Wallboards is a flagship company within the Fletcher Building group. We supply critical core products to the New Zealand building industry. We are looking for a Sales and Operations Planning Manager to join our team reporting to our Supply Chain Manager.
This new position will enable us improve our current sales and operations planning processes by leveraging current Fletcher Building best practice.

About the role
Reporting to our HR Manager, this is an opportunity for you to use your organisational skills to provide comprehensive and professional support to the wider team.
This is an all-encompassing role in which you will provide support from operational HR requirements through to programs, policies and process improvement. To enable that, you will be analytical and systems savvy, with confidence in your ability to understand and interpret data.
You will also be involved in assisting with employee relation issues, our annual employee engagement assessment and a range of people and performance initiatives.
Activating and streamlining the on boarding process, liaising with recruitment and other support functions will also be a key part of your day to day.
We have over 300 people across three sites nationwide, so as part of our HR team, you’ll be busy. The good news is, the business appreciates and seeks our HR team’s support, so your advice will be truly valued.
Your systems skills will be critical to your success as you work with our team to lift capability and ensure accuracy. Perhaps you’re a recent graduate or have spent some time in the working world and have found a passion for HR - either way, we encourage a diverse workplace and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
