About the role 

We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, for our Manufacturing Plant in Onehunga.  This is an exciting role working for New Zealand’s most dominant brand in the plasterboard market. You will be tasked with carrying out CMMS tasks/routines, maintaining high levels of plant reliability & availability, communicating with key internal & external stakeholders, identifying potential hazards/defects and the need for repair and most importantly contribute to our high standards for health and safety.

 

About you 
You will have a trade certificate in Fitting and Turning, Level 4 Maintenance and Diagnostics and/or other relevant trade qualification. Experience working in maintenance of continuously operating industrial plant and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings are a must. You will maintain a high level of organisational awareness, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You have sound technical and mechanical aptitude, coupled with a strong understanding of machine and process safety. You will be a driver of continuous improvement and maintaining a successful innovative culture.

MARKET MANAGER - COMMERCIAL

About the role 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this senior role is key to managing continued business growth in the commercial construction market.  You’ll lead cross-functional projects and provide leadership and direction to help drive the vision forward and meet plan and budget objectives.

We are looking for an experienced manager who is results oriented with a customer needs focus and able to deliver the full marketing mix across all commercial building market segments. You’ll also need to be able to rise above the day to day activity to provide strategies to ensure continued growth.

 

About you 

The role requires commercial construction know-how and experience.  That’s why you’ll need to be technically competent and have proven familiarity with details/plans/specification documentation and preferably design, specification, QS experience. Strong project management skills and proven experience bringing new products and systems to market is desired along with an understanding of web and digital channels.

Top performance will require a full understanding of commercial construction market segments where getting into the market and interfacing with specifiers, building control authorities and the channels to market at all levels will be important.
