Russell Pedersen is the Technical Support and Training Manager.
Russell brings a wealth of experience from previous roles throughout the building industry and has a background in building, joinery and carpentry and technical sales. In his most recent role as technical Sales Manager he excelled in technical problem solving and technical specifications, producing great results for his customers and the creation of an innovative and market leading product.

Doug Connors
Doug, a qualified builder, comes from a mixed background. From building residential and light commercial, manufacturing and installing kitchens and shop/night club fit outs; to most recently spending the past 11 years in the bathroom industry where his role was technical support, plant maintenance and after sales support. Doug's focus at Winstone Wallboards will be around builders and installers, ensuring these groups are up to date with the latest GIB® products and systems.

Graeme Robertson
Graeme has been involved in various parts of the building industry for over 35 years, most recently as a residential project manager. He has a keen interest in the technical aspects of building. His broad and hands-on experience (LBP Carpentry and Site 2) ensures a practical approach. Graeme's main focus for the team is delivering systems information to Councils and TA's throughout New Zealand.

Dan Reynolds
Dan has over 12 years' experience working as a carpenter on a diverse range of projects including commercial construction and fitouts, residential new builds and renovations, and even cyclone repair work in Fiji.
As a Technical Training Advisor, Dan will ensure that our GIB® Technical Team keeps up with the ever-growing demand for technical support both on building sites and on the GIB® Helpline.

Al Faaofo
Al has built his 30 years of residential building knowledge from time served on the tools, as a building supplies trade rep, sales and support rep for Tasman Insulation, team leader for a property and maintenance division and most recently here as a GIB® technical training and support advisor. Al’s role here at Winstone Wallboards will also see him engaging with the ITP sector with trades training of carpentry apprentices and he will also present to University students enrolled in Construction or Architectural related programmes.
